Rimonabant

Rimonabant is a prescription cannabinoid receptor antagonist used by patients suffering from obesity as a measure complementary to a healthier diet and exercising. Rimonabant is efficient because of its ability to switch off the brain circuits that are known to cause cannabis-smokers to be very hungry. Make sure your health care provider is well aware of the fact you are taking or are planning to take any of the following medications, as drug interactions are possible: nefazodone, epilepsy medicines, depression medicines, telithromycin, rifampicin, diabetes drugs, clarithromycin, medicines to improve blood lipids, itraconazole, medicines for weight loss, ritonavir, and ketoconazole.
