The Ice Cream Lab

Razzleberry Ice Cream Lab in Oak Ridge, Tennessee is home to the most tempting of wholesome frozen delicacies -- sorbets and ices made from fresh fruit, ice creams boasting only the freshest ingredients in a variety of flavors.

After operating for a number of years from a beachfront location in Pompano, FL, Ilona and Waldek Kaczocha sought a more moderate climate in a family-friendly city to raise their three children. They moved to Oak Ridge in the Summer of 2006, opening Razzleberry Ice Cream Lab at the end of October.

Seeking to give back to the community they now call home, the Kaczochas enjoy hosting field trips for schoolchildren, taking part in fundraising events such as the recent ADFAC "Feed the Need" campaign, and promoting the revitalization of the historic Jackson Square shopping center.
